About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure successful project delivery, and identify opportunities to grow accounts. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT services, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and align IT solutions to meet business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Track project progress, handle escalations, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and present account performance reports and business reviews.
  • Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and CRM records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 4 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales (preferably in IT services or technology consulting).
  • Strong understanding of IT services (e.g., managed services, cloud solutions, software development, staffing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale IT projects.
  • Technical background or IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, AWS, etc.).
  • Prior experience in a staffing or technology solutions environment.
