Join Our Team - Personal Insurance Sales Professional

If you’re an insurance professional in personal lines insurance who thrives on trusted client relationships, this role is for you. NSI Insurance Group—proudly recognized as a South Florida Top 4 Best Places to Work—is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to our Personal Insurance Division in a sales role.

Location: Any South Florida Office Locations

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients
  • Identify coverage needs and provide tailored personal insurance solutions
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and account rounding
  • Review policies and ensure clients have the right protection in place
  • Deliver exceptional customer service


What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales experience (insurance experience preferred, but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to obtain)
