Basic Function: To ensure the smooth and efficient processing of commercial line accounts.
Responsibilities include:
1. Prepare applications, proposals, finance agreements for new business, and renewals as directed.
2. Issue endorsements for all client policy changes as directed.
3. Enter all pertinent client information to appropriate client files in the agency management system.
4. Answer multi-line telephone in a professional manner.
5. Handle incoming calls as needed.
6. Issue certificates of insurance.
7. Assist with processing commercial line insurance claims as directed.
8. Follow-up with companies for outstanding policies and or endorsements.
9. Process and track all windstorm and flood renewal policies and invoice
10. Follow-up for payments to companies and/or finance companies.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

✅ Detail-Oriented & Organized – Capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring accuracy.
✅ Insurance Industry Experience (Plus)
✅ Relevant Work Experience – Previous experience at a local agency is highly desirable.
✅ License– Customer Service Representative 440 preferred
