What You'll Do
As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll work closely with our physician and clinical team to provide comprehensive care to our adult patient population. Responsibilities may include:
- Perform patient evaluations and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Provide Internal Medicine and Cardiology-focused care
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient education and preventive care
- Monitor medications and ongoing treatment
- Coordinate follow-up care with the physician and clinical team
What We're Looking For
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas
- Strong interest in Internal Medicine and Cardiology
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable treating an adult patient population
