Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders (manual EDI) from PO receipt through delivery
- Confirm order details and communicate ETAs to customers and distribution centers
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Operations, and Accounting
- Resolve order discrepancies and support invoice accuracy
- Assist with transportation coordination and 3PL claims
- Maintain accurate reporting in ERP (SAP Business One preferred)
- Utilize customer portals and support compliance documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Experience working with retail customers or supermarket chains is a plus
- ERP experience (SAP Business One a strong plus)
- Familiarity with EDI systems
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace
- Proficiency in MacOS
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in customer operations, sales support, or order management (CPG/food industry preferred)
- Remote work available but candidates must be living in close proximity to NSI’s office in Elmhurst, IL for in-person meetings. Please do not apply if you are not living at least 1-2 hours within this location.
