Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Sign on bonus: $1000 Position: Medical Assistant - Primary Care Location: 172 Schiller, Elmhurst Full Time 40 hours Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:45am - 5pm. Generally 1 late evening until 7pm and 1 Sat 7:45am - 12:30pm Required Travel: Yes - Elmhurst What you will do: Under the direction of the Supervisor, performs select clinical functions to enhance delivery of patient care. Prepare patients for physical examination, obtain specimens, conduct select routine laboratory tests and records results, routine diagnostic tests and may perform phlebotomy. Under general supervision of a physician, administer selected medications/injections. Also performs clerical duties related to clinic operations. MA supports a very busy Primary Care office.
