NSG, Inc. currently has an opening for a part-time valet/garage attendant at an office facility located in Downtown Cincinnati.
Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:
Monday through Friday, 6am - 10am (20 hours per week)
Must be able to drive all types of vehicles (manual shift as well as automatics).
Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
This position pays $19.00 per hour with weekly pay every Friday.
General Duties:
- Greet tenants and provide assistance when entering the garage.
- Valet park cars as needed.
- Control parking of non-tenants.
- Ensure the safety of tenants and guests, reporting any safety or security issues.
- Assist in the receiving process; forklift training required.
- Perform routine cleaning/maintenance of the garage.
- Assist with light maintenance projects.
- Contribute to building team projects.
- Participate in monthly safety training.

- Seeing: Ability to see well enough to drive with or without corrective lenses.

- Stooping/Twisting: Ability to bend the body downward and forward.
- Lifting: Ability to lift and move up to 80 pounds unassisted.
- Pushing: Ability to push up to 100 pounds unassisted.
- Reaching: Ability to extend hands/arms in any direction.
- Finger Dexterity: Ability to use fingers to handle small objects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive all types of cars (manual shift as well as automatic).
- Maneuver cars in limited space, both forward and in reverse.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Motivation, initiative, and reliability are essential.
- Demonstrated professional, courteous manner.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
