Janitorial Cleaner (Blue Ash - 1st Shift)

NSG, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Janitorial Cleaner for an office facility situated in Blue Ash, OH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:

Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30p

Compensation

• Competitive rate of pay: $15.00 per hour.
• Weekly pay every Friday.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, break areas, stairwells, elevators, and lobbies according to schedule.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Restock restrooms and remove trash.
• Spot clean glass, walls, doors, and high-touch areas.
• Maintain water fountains, stainless steel, and other fixtures.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures, including wet floor signage and proper chemical use.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience using cleaning tools and supplies.
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Professional, polite, and dependable.
  
  

Work Conditions

• Long periods of standing, bending, and moving.
• Must clock in/out at site phone and return issued keys/phone at end of shift.
• Breaks only in designated areas (not tenant spaces).
