NSG, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Building Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a designated property/building. This role is responsible for overseeing interior and exterior building functions, coordinating events and projects, managing maintenance activities, and serving as a key communication link between customers, associates, contractors, and vendors.

- Develop and implement project plans aligned with business needs, collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Manage multiple departmental projects using sound project management methodologies, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Communicate project scope, updates, and critical issues to sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Coach, mentor, and train staff including Building Service Coordinators/Assistants and Mailroom personnel.
- Conduct building inspections and evaluate space utilization and facility conditions.
- Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including preparing cost estimates, bid documents, layouts, and contracts.
- Serve as an on-site liaison with Kroger and contractors.
- Partner with Project Managers to coordinate drawings, contractor activities, and cost collection.
- Collaborate with other NSG divisions as needed.
- Provide regular campus updates to the Senior Building Manager.
- Act as liaison with public utilities, environmental agencies, and energy providers.
- Oversee building space allocation, layout, and communication services coordination.
- Approve payroll for direct reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Continuing education or relevant certifications preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience leading and developing teams.
- 3–6 years of related work experience in facilities, operations, or property management.
- Salary: $67,000 – $70,000 annually
