NSF is seeking to add a Senior Manager Operations Audit to its growing team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing the audit delivery operational processes globally.
Responsibilities
- Support the optimization of resource utilization for 2300 resources globally through creating meaningful data analytic reports
- Support Auditor Quality improvements by creating Audit Delivery Dashboards to demonstrate turnaround times, CAR Analysis, Report Rejection Rates, and Calibration opportunities
- Manage the expense approval process for over 12,000 expense reports to ensure accurate and timely review of auditor expenses
- Identify opportunities to reduce travel cost based on historical expense data Develop and manage Audit Delivery Dashboards to create meaningful dashboards to support the delivery of 300,000 audits ($140M revenue) globally to demonstrate audits in their different states and comparison to previous years to ensure continued growth in Audit Delivery
- Oversee the support of Auditor follow-up, to ensure timely response to audit report submissions, expense report submissions, resubmitting rejected reports, and audit scheduling.
- Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; compares data from different sources to draw conclusions; uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
- Manage the Contract Process for 3000 resources globally (throughout all of NSF) to ensure timely turnaround of contract approvals, remove access for resources with an expired contract, and looking for opportunities to standardize and improve this process
- Oversee the use and improvement of the Global Resource Integrity Portal for 2300 resources ensuring standardized use globally and continuous improvement of the system
- Oversee the allocation of audits in MENA, EMEA ASPs, and for Organics in North America to ensure audits are allocated and scheduled in the system in a timely manner
- Support Audit Delivery's use of NSF's Learning Management System to ensure quick fixes
- Directly work with IT to ensure prioritization of Audit Delivery needs
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives as needed Collaborates with other Audit Delivery Managers for improvement opportunities within Audit Delivery processes
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years' experience, with 4 years' experience in leadership roles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Effective decision-making skills
- Experience in leading Continuous Improvement Projects
- Experience in using Power BI to create dashboards and reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferred advanced degree
