Join NSF as a Senior Corporate Accountant to play a key role in our Finance team. Lead monthly close and reporting for the corporate controllership team. Partner with global colleagues and directly impact our financial operations. Ideal for a detail-oriented, self-starter who enjoys collaboration and driving results.
Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close and reporting for areas including goodwill, intangibles, leases, intercompany transactions, bonuses, and commissions
- Ensure global standardization and accuracy through consolidation checks
- Prepare monthly executive reports on fixed assets, DSO, and cash flow
- Manage the global chart of accounts
- Support external audits and insurance filings
- Drive ad hoc research and reporting projects to support international standardization
- Collaborate across teams to streamline data and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, large data sets, and pivot tables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with IT systems; adaptable to ERP platforms
- Detail-oriented and independent
- Excellent problem resolution and follow-up skills
- Based in the U.S. and available for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in Ann Arbor office)
- CPA Certification
- Experience with Oracle systems
