The HR Director will drive talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across the organization’s global functions.
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters
- Foster a high-performance culture that encourages growth, collaboration, and innovation
- Oversee global talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs
- Implement succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline
- Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess and address workplace issues
- Develop and maintain programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Create and deliver leadership development programs to build managerial and leadership capabilities
- Coach and mentor senior leaders to enhance their leadership skills and effectiveness
- Provide guidance on performance management and employee development plans
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to drive business transformation
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws
- Oversee employee relations and address complex HR issues and conflicts
- Monitor global compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards
- Oversee the development and administration of reward and recognition programs
- Implement team member training and career development programs across the global functions aligned with overall business needs and growth plans
- Oversee the performance review process and provide guidance on setting performance goals across the global functions
- Promote programs and initiatives that enhance team member well-being and overall wellness and support actions to improve employee engagement across the global functions
- Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services and programs
- Leverage HR technology and data analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a global or multinational organization
- Proven experience in strategic HR leadership and managing HR functions across multiple geographies
- Business/Financial acumen, proficiency with data (reporting, insights, analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture
- Experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues
- Strong knowledge of global labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
