- Growth Opportunities: Lead organic investments, acquisitions, and portfolio management in partnership with Corporate Development.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a bold, comprehensive strategy to accelerate global growth.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, driving profitability and operational excellence.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, retailers, influencers, and regulatory bodies.
- Champion continuous improvement to enhance differentiation, speed, and customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and quality requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success as a VP, GM, or senior executive in the supplements, food, or consumer products industry.
- 10 years of senior management experience with a track record of P&L ownership and business growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about making a difference.
- Expertise in international business development, commercialization, and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of global regulatory standards and compliance.
- Hybrid work arrangement based at NSF Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI.
