What are the responsibilities and job description for the FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST position at NSF INDIAN HEAD?
You will serve as a FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND SUSTAINMENT (FM&S) PRODUCT LINE CORE/PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (PWD) of NSF INDIAN HEAD.
GS-11: $84,601 - $109,975
GS-12: $101,401 - $131,826
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
*Experience reviewing and understanding local, state, command, and federal regulations regarding asbestos
*Experience developing and executing asbestos related training (i.e. P-502, Asbestos Program Management)
*Experience accounting for asbestos located at the installation/Public Works Department (PWD)
*Experience disseminating policy for oversight of asbestos related contract work and/or for government/in-house abatement activities
*Experience interpreting asbestos sampling and survey results and review abatement and demolition plans
*Experience serving as the key holder of asbestos data for the PWD
*Experience ensuring that APM does not present a risk to facility users and that asbestos at the PWD is properly managed, disposed of, or abated
GS-11:
