FUNCTION
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of students in LearnMore, assist the RNPD and Faculty Instructors in completing required forms, and inform students about the examination-scheduling process and career opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for answering telephone calls, responding to inquiries, recruiting, and enrolling students in desired courses.
- Perform outreach to promote LearnMore through various outlets, including presentations, etc.
- Responsible for assisting students and faculty in completing forms, preparing distribution materials, copying, and mailing documents.
- Responsible for providing case management for program participants.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of important documents and data.
- Responsible for informing students about the orientation and examination-scheduling process.
- Responsible for providing case management and career counseling services to students.
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
- Responsible for performing other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Operations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to support and promote the NSDI and LearnMore mission and vision.
- Possess a professional demeanor.
- Have at least three years’ experience supporting students in a vocational training program or other educational settings.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Be exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
