Position Summary: The Executive Coordinator will provide a high level of administrative support. They will be responsible for coordinating office activities including scheduling appointments, delegating work, taking notes, and otherwise relieving the department heads of clerical administrative and business-related details. Executives may also delegate some discretionary powers toe the Executive Coordinator as well.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of administrative details of a highly confidential nature on a regular basis, requiring initiative and judgment to make independent decisions.
- Manage a complex calendar with attention to accuracy, timeliness and ensuring the schedule aligns with the Executives priorities and commitments
- Plan and execute meetings, events, off sites, morale activities, and partnerships both inside NSD and external with partners.
- Work with key partners on the team to plan meetings, lunches, and logistics.
- Take ownership & support of logistics for these events and ensure that budgets and activities around this area are managed as effectively as possible
- Provides team support for hiring and onboarding
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel plan for the team including the proactive anticipation of logistics and itineraries
- Continue to fulfill specific job related projects and tasks
- Manage and track multiple expense report
- Maintain high integrity, confidentiality, and excellent customer service skills. Consistently demonstrate can-do attitude; eagerness and ability to work effectively under pressure, and in ambiguous and complex situations
Education and Work Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- MS Office 365 experience
- Two to Four years of related experience

Hours Required: 40 hours a week, occasional evenings and weekends may be required
