POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for daily monitoring / processing of assigned NSD Agent Import Files
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for daily monitoring/processing of assigned NSD Agent Import Files
• Ensuring that all import files are complete prior to import.
• Ensure that all import files requiring compliance/regulatory are viewed and approved prior to import.
• Maintaining and updating reports as it relates to Import Files.
• Analyzing agent files, reconciling, and dealing with IT and Accounting on issues.
• Interact with customers and team members to determine root cause of data disconnects
• Ensuring assigned billing occurs in a timely and accurate manner
• Assisting Accounts Receivable Agent(s) if required to resolve/escalate past due balances
• Escalating issue to Team Leader or Department Manager.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships
• Perform other duties as requested by management
• Running adhoc reports when required
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years Accounts Receivable/ Collection’s experience

Hours Required: 40 hours a week, occasional evenings and weekends may be required
