Title: System Engineer (M365 / MacOS / Ubuntu Technician)
Rate: $25-$40/hr on W2, C2C option is available with higher rate.
Location: Torrance, CA 90501 (Hybrid)
Frequency: 2 days onsite 3 days remote per week
Duration: Long Term, 35hrs/week (7 hrs 1 hr break per day)
Job Description: On-Site and Remote helpdesk.
- Add/Modify/Delete users for various software including Entra ID.
- Repair and recover from HW or SW failures.
- Coordinate and manage Vendors.
- Investigate and troubleshoot Conditional Access.
- Research on new technologies, products and network equipment and share the
Information to the Customer.
- Support for M365, Intune, Teams, Microsoft defender for business.
- Make a selection of HW, SW and License.
- Manage Licenses.
- Manage Hardware and software Inventory.
- Manage key fob.
- Create and update System Document, NW Diagram, Operation Manual, Knowledge
Base, Trouble History, etc.)
- Window PC, Apple MAC and Ubuntu Linux laptop kitting and troubleshoot.
- Administrate conference system like ThinkSmart HUB for Teams.
- Manage Network devices including WAP and 5G router.
Qualification Requirements:
- Work experience as Microsoft M365 Environment
- At least 5 years of M365
- Strong Knowledge of Conditional Access, Intune, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and
Microsoft Defender for business.
- Knowledge of Windows 11, MAC OS and Linux (Ubuntu)
- knowledge of hardware repair.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server is plus.
- Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure experiences are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Network is a plus
- Communication skills, including but not limited to those required for customers,
vendors/carriers and company staff.
- Traveling to the customer offices/Sites twice (Tue and Thu) a week.
- CA Driver’s license.
Other Information:
- Regular work hours: 9:00-17:00, Mon- Fri (35hrs/week, 7 hrs 1 hr break per day)
