Senior Program Manager – AI Infrastructure, Data Center Site Delivery (US)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to drive the delivery of large-scale AI infrastructure, including GPU clusters and data center deployments across multiple regions. This role is responsible for executing complex infrastructure programs from planning through production readiness, ensuring capacity and performance for AI/ML workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure programs (typically multi-MW builds), including design coordination, deployment, and commissioning
• Support deployment of AI/GPU clusters (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD) for high-performance computing environments
• Manage program scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives
• Partner with engineering, network, hardware, and construction teams to deliver aligned outcomes
• Coordinate with vendors and colocation partners to ensure successful delivery against defined milestones
• Support network infrastructure deployment efforts (fiber, backbone connectivity, interconnect readiness)
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, escalating issues appropriately and driving resolution
• Track program progress and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to improving delivery processes, tooling, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and operational handoff
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 6–10 years of program or project management experience in data center, cloud, or infrastructure environments
• Experience delivering complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders
• Working knowledge of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, racks, networking fundamentals)
• Experience managing vendors and external partners
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to drive execution
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI / GPU infrastructure or HPC environments
• Experience working in cloud or large-scale infrastructure environments
• Familiarity with network infrastructure concepts (e.g., fiber, routing, interconnects)
• Experience supporting multi-region deployments or distributed systems
• PMP or equivalent certification
