Position Summary:

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our internal team in Tampa, FL. This is a full-time, in-office role where you’ll recruit for a variety of internal positions including recruiters, operations staff, accounting professionals, and administrative roles. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with motivated, high-energy people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate and field-based positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Represent NSC Staffing culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and candidate experience initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of recruiting experience (corporate or staffing agency preferred).
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset.
• Must be able to work onsite in our Tampa office.
• Bullhorn experience preferred but not required.
