Experienced Outside Sales Representative
NSC is a rapidly growing staffing organization with over 30 offices throughout the United States. Due to rapid growth and opportunity within the skilled trades staffing industry, as well as our organization, we need experienced salespeople in various locations. We are looking for the following traits in our applicants:
- Person to Person outside sales and/or staffing industry experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to develop new relationships with clients and candidates through cold & warm calls.
- Sense of humor and friendly personality.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ambitious attitude
- Exceptional work-ethic, this is not a 9-5 type of job.
- Ability to focus and maintain in an up-tempo work environment.
- Ability to thrive in a team-based work environment.
- Professional level written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office programs.
- Ability to work independently and long hours if necessary, during busy periods.
- Willing to travel, if necessary, out of state.

Job Description and Position Responsibilities:
Employee will be responsible for but not limited to, the following:
- Identifying potential clients in the skilled trades industry, specifically commercial and industrial construction companies.
- Pursuing potential clients via the following in order to earn business:
- phone, email, in person cold calls, job site visits.
- Building a robust book of business and clients in the region of residence.
- Managing existing business by servicing clients with exceptional follow up skills to ensure repeat business.
- Assisting in recruiting duties if needed to ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Being able to maintain existing and current clients while tirelessly going after new potential business.
