This is a client-facing, outside sales and business development role focused on building strong, long-term partnerships with companies in need of staffing and recruiting services. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and engage decision-makers, providing tailored workforce solutions to meet their unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of client accounts through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Understand client staffing needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate placement.
- Track activity and results using internal CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience preferred; Associate’s degree acceptable.
