Job Purpose:
 
Accomplish department objectives by providing support including time keeping, auditing duties, escalations and direct deposit entry as needed. Provide backup and overflow coverage as required by branches. Work in partnership with assigned Branch Managers, recruiters, sales representatives, HR, Payroll, and other Operations team members.  

The Operations Coordinators plays a key part in the daily and weekly administrative functions for their assigned division and/or branch. The role of the Operations Coordinators ensures the smooth operation of the branch and daily recruiting and business operations as they are the liaison between the field (Sales & Recruiting) and the back office (Finance & Risk). 


DUTIES: 

Audit processes and track key performance indicators for assigned branches/division. 
Provide extra training, support, guidance, and coaching to branches as requested. 
Provide support as an assigned back-up so that workflow is not interrupted when branch based- OC team members are absent. 
Collect, save, and process weekly timecard entry and approval practices, including expenses, per diem, sick time, and bonuses by internal deadlines for payout every Friday. 
Assist with ADP on-boarding activities including new hire que and direct deposit set-up. 
Work in close communication with Operation Managers, Branch Managers, Recruiters, Field associates, HR, Payroll, and Billing teams to achieve goals at a branch and divisional level 
First point of contact for trouble shooting and escalation of any onboarding or payroll issues. 
Provide administrative support to the Divisional Leader on an as-needed basis. 
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.  

OTHER: 

Always represent the company in a professional manner ensuring quality customer service. 
Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of NSC and our clients including all applicable rules, regulations, and procedures. 
Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company. 
Provide after-hours support as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Ability to work in an office 
 
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS: Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory including arriving at the time scheduled by your supervisor daily and providing adequate notice for requesting PTO.
