Electrical Senior Project Manager

This position is located in Jeffersonville, Ohio.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager specializing in Data Center projects to lead and oversee complex electrical construction initiatives from inception to completion. $150-180K , $120- $140 a day per diem. This position will also come with a truck allowance and gas card, working 50-60 hours a week. This person must be capable of managing a 250M job site.

Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical systems for data center construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless project workflows and resolve technical or logistical issues promptly.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools; monitor progress regularly to maintain momentum and meet critical deadlines.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code), safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and system design documents; ensure accurate interpretation of electrical drawings and schematics for installation teams.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes using tools like ProCore or Bluebeam; track project costs meticulously through HeavyBid or comparable estimating software.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and quality control checks; document findings and implement corrective actions as needed.

Skills

• Extensive experience with electrical engineering principles applied to large-scale data center projects.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid; familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 and ProCore.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code), system design, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
• Deep understanding of construction site safety protocols, contracts management, and construction management best practices.
• Exceptional project coordination skills; adept at leading diverse teams through complex phases of construction.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of translating technical information clearly across teams and stakeholders.
• Electrical site experience combined with a solid foundation in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and system design is highly preferred.
