Key Responsibilities * Manage, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile and endpoint devices including:
- Android telephones
- Laptops
- Tablet devices
- Maximize uptime and reliability of communications systems supporting mission operations
- Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including:
- Firewalls
- Switches
- Routers
- WAN and LAN systems
- Administer and support encryption hardware, encryption software, and VPN solutions
- Safeguard sensitive information through sound judgment and adherence to security best practices
- Support deployment and sustainment of Android-based communications and beaconing solutions
- Provide technical expertise to ensure mission success in dynamic and operationally sensitive environmentsRequired Skills & Demonstrated Experience * Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining telephones, laptops, and tablet devices, including configuration and lifecycle support
- Demonstrated experience configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operating:
- Firewalls
- Switches
- Routers
- WAN and LAN network equipment
- Demonstrated experience using encryption hardware and software
- Demonstrated experience supporting Virtual Private Network (VPN) applications
- Proven experience handling sensitive data with discretion and sound judgment
- Ability to deliver reliable, mission-focused technical solutionsDesired Skills & Demonstrated Experience * Experience administering communications solutions for Android devices and equipment
- Experience administering beaconing solutions
- Experience customizing, deploying, and maintaining Android cellular telephones
- Experience using ATAK (Android Team Awareness Kit), including:
- Beaconing and tracking hardware
- Software and plugins
