Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications in web-based environments.
- Develop, enhance, and modify software solutions to meet evolving customer and mission requirements.
- Analyze user needs and translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Design and customize software applications to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
- Support database design, development, integration, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Manage and maintain websites and web applications, including deployment and performance optimization.
- Perform software testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and software specifications.
- Support application deployment, maintenance, and sustainment activities.
- Work independently or as part of an agile development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of software development experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
- Experience developing web-based applications and services.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Experience working with relational databases and database design concepts.
- Experience supporting the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevSecOps practices.

Salary and Benefits Information:
The salary range for this position is $147,990.00 to $195,455.00. The proposed range is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, location, and contractual considerations and may fall outside of the stated range.
