Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable platform infrastructure supporting mission applications.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments and containerized workloads.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Automate system configuration and deployments using Ansible and Puppet.
- Administer and support Red Hat Linux environments.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications using Helm.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support software delivery.
- Manage AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) resources and implement security best practices.
- Collaborate with software engineers, DevSecOps teams, and system administrators to improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and continuously improve platform operations through automation and monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering and supporting Kubernetes environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing DevSecOps principles and best practices.
- Experience developing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and Puppet.
- Strong experience administering Red Hat Linux environments.
- Experience managing Helm charts and Kubernetes application deployments.
- Experience with container technologies and container lifecycle management.
- Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing AWS IAM and cloud security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Kubernetes, AWS, or DevSecOps certifications.
- Experience supporting large-scale cloud or enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional engineering teams.
