We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Oracle Financials to enhance, support, and lead development efforts across Oracle Financials and SCM modules in a payments-focused environment. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise, leadership across 1-2 engineering teams, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable solutions in a regulated financial services ecosystem.

Own software maintenance characteristics, runtime properties, dependencies, and build environments
Ensure methodology compliance and manage issue resolution, escalating to management as needed
Monitor and manage delivery estimates and timelines
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across a global environment
Ensure timely and accurate communication at all organizational levels
Contribute to delivering globally scalable products in a high-impact payments ecosystem
