Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and beverage service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during events such as banquets or catering functions.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a nightclub, fine dining, or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• Experience with catering services or banquet operations is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the establishment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
