Responsibilities

• Decorate cookie cakes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail using cake decorating techniques.
• Prepare baked goods and food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Package baked products securely for sale or catering orders, ensuring freshness and presentation.
• Assist customers at the bakery counter by answering questions, offering recommendations, and providing excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, including food handling and safety protocols.
• Support food production tasks such as mixing ingredients, portioning cookie dough or batter, and preparing items.
• Follow food safety guidelines diligently to ensure all products meet health regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cake decorating and baking is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in food preparation, food handling, and kitchen safety practices.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques related to baking, cooking, and catering is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to operate kitchen tools safely, including knives and decorating equipment.
• Knowledge of food industry standards and food safety regulations.
