The expected base salary range for this position is $94,000 – $127,000, with the final offer determined based on factors such as experience, scope of the role, and demonstrated skills and competencies. The Senior Marketing Research Analyst is responsible for designing, collecting, and analyzing market and industry research data and developing reports for leadership to support strategic business decisions. This position is also responsible for presenting insights to internal and external audiences.
Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
- Design and implement surveys, questionnaires, focus groups, and other research instruments to support and assess the effectiveness of CFC’s member engagement, products, services, and other benefits.
- Analyzes survey data and other research findings and develops actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintains data collections and databases to ensure upkeep and accuracy.
- Maintains reports, presentations, dashboards, and other graphic representations to inform and update internal and external stakeholders, using Power BI and other tools.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop CFC product line promotion and expansion materials.
- Partners with the Corporate Development team to research, analyze and report on market, utility, and industry trends.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum Experience: Six (6) to eight (8) years in marketing, market research, or business development.
- Licensure or other certifications:
- Preferred Experience: Electric cooperative or financial services industry preferred.
