Primary Responsibilities
- Provide integrated leadership across software development, quality engineering, and infrastructure & operations to ensure seamless end‑to‑end IT delivery.
- Own delivery outcomes across the technology portfolio, ensuring solutions are developed, tested, deployed, and operated in a reliable, secure, and scalable manner.
- Set and enforce cross‑domain delivery and operational standards, ensuring consistency in engineering practices, quality controls, and service management disciplines.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture leadership to ensure delivery and operational execution align with architectural principles, roadmaps, and strategic guardrails.
- Oversee release readiness and production stability by ensuring effective coordination between development, testing, and operational teams.
- Establish and monitor delivery, quality, and operational performance metrics; proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure strong financial discipline across delivery and operations, including investment prioritization, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
- Lead and develop senior technology leaders, fostering collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership for delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across IT delivery and operations, including adoption of modern engineering, automation, DevOps, and service management practices.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical delivery, quality, or operational issues impacting business services.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience across software delivery, quality engineering, and IT operations in complex enterprise environments; strong understanding of end‑to‑end technology delivery lifecycles; ability to orchestrate multiple technical disciplines toward shared outcomes; experience establishing delivery governance, performance metrics, and operational accountability frameworks; strong financial, vendor, and capacity management skills; excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making capabilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12 years of progressive experience in technology delivery, operations, or engineering leadership roles; demonstrated success leading multiple IT disciplines through senior leaders; proven experience operating in enterprise‑scale, regulated, or high‑availability environments; strong track record improving delivery predictability, system reliability, and cross‑team collaboration.
