Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain consultative relationships with G&T CEOs, CFOs (and other finance/treasury staff) and Directors through regular, on-site visits.
- Discover and internally collaborate and communicate long-range member growth and financial needs with the goal of providing viable solutions designed to enhance member success.
- Lead and manage the transaction structuring and pricing process.
- Lead the creation, negotiation, and finalization of all term sheets and loan documents associated with loan transactions for G&T members.
- Identify business opportunities and promote understanding of CFC’s financial strength and product offerings to ensure that CFC is the preferred lender in the G&T space.
- Lead a team of CFC subject matter experts that deliver value added products and services to members of the G&T community.
- In coordination with PMG, monitor credit compliance, analyze associated risks, discuss with members and make recommendations for appropriate resolution.
- Contribute to CFC and industry conferences and task forces as well as national and state member organizations and participate in G&T industry meetings and events.
- Prepare and provide presentations and training to CFC members and G&T management – including at industry meetings and Board meetings.
