Job Description PART-TIME Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) NRT is a transportation company throughout Massachusetts that transport students with Special Needs to and from school. We are hiring for an LPN or RN to be with our students are we take them to school on our buses or vans. Whether you are an RN or LPN you must be available to work a split shift: About 2.5 hours per day during the morning and afternoon windows of time below: Monday-Friday- 6:15am-8:45am and then again at 1:15pm -3:45pm. These times are flexible due to the route that you are assigned, as well as traffic, weather, etc. The preferred candidate possesses the ability to: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction The key contributors to the company’s culture are being: Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused Stable -- traditional, stable, strong processes Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative RN candidates at $42.00 an hour. LPN candidates at $35.00 an hour.
