What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Route Tech 1 position at NRSI?
Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds at various facilities including, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and ground maintenance.
Repair and treat structures such as floors, sinks, walls, roofs.
Perform minor troubleshooting i.e.: repair and adjustment of doors, cabinets, locks, shelves, chairs.
Change filters on AC/Heating units.
Connect, install, and service appliances.
Report mechanical malfunctions to appropriate party for repair.
Move furniture and equipment at various facilities/sites.
Assist in obtaining quotes and arranging for services of outside vendors.
Update work logs for specific site requirements.
Respond to alarm calls as assigned.
Follow all Company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
