The Wrapping Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining wrapping equipment in compliance with industry standards and company procedures. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and product quality.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday, 5:00AM – 3:30 PM (3-day Weekend)
- 30-min lunch break
- $18.00
- Perform all required computer data entry related to the position.
- Re-roll nylon cure tape through water as needed.
- Stripe and/or brand hose products based on specifications.
- Operate wrapping machinery, including adjusting speed to ensure proper lap.
- Stop the machine at the end of each hose and transfer the product to the holding table.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
- Know how and where to locate procedures, forms, and documentation relevant to this role.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate machinery for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
- Must be able to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination sufficient to operate equipment and handle small parts.
- Visual acuity to read gauges, meters, and documentation accurately.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in operating in a team-based environment.
- Ability to listen to directions well.
- Successful completion of company orientation and safety training programs.
- Familiarity with the company’s Quality System and related procedures.
