This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Solution Leader based in Atlantic, NC. The Technical Solution Leader will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of innovative technology solutions for clients. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements, creating technical strategies, managing projects, and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions. Additionally, the role involves monitoring technical performance and providing mentorship to team members.

- Solid problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage complex technical projects
- Proficiency in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Proven ability to document technical solutions and present them effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
