Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and enhancement. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping, lawn care, and hardscape installation, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Assist with the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal as needed.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to landscaping tasks.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing practices and pest management.
• Familiarity with snow plowing operations is a plus.
• Ability to build structures such as fences or garden beds is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions is essential.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for transporting equipment between job sites.
