Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, beverages, and light food items with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and answering questions about menu options
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and serving stations
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cash register operations and basic math calculations
- Assist in food handling and food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience, especially with smoothie or coffee preparation, is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
