What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll spend your time building relationships with local businesses and helping employers find benefit solutions that fit their workforce.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Meet with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers to discuss employee benefit solutions.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and explain available coverage options.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Generate referrals and develop a consistent sales pipeline.
- Track sales activities, appointments, and customer information using CRM software.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals and performance metrics.
