- Training: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (4 Weeks)
- Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday 6:00am – 7:00pm
Customer Payment Representatives use strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills to resolve delinquent balances, retain customers, and restore accounts, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Process and update customer payment methods with accuracy.
- Reinstate accounts disconnected for non‑payment by guiding customers through tailored solutions.
- Use objection handling and conflict‑resolution techniques to help customers stay with Vivint.
- Identify the customers’ needs quickly and offer creative, personalized solutions.
- Build strong rapport and maintain positive customer relationships in every interaction.
- Manage escalations within scope; demonstrate calm decision-making in challenging situations.
- Work closely with peers and leadership to identify process gaps and improve customer outcomes.
