Party Host Position
As a Party Host at NRG Adventure Park, you are the ultimate creator of birthday magic! You’ll lead birthday parties and group events, making sure every guest feels special and every party runs smoothly. Your energy, attention to detail, and friendly attitude ensure families leave with smiles and memories that last.
Essential Job Functions
Greet birthday families and party guests with a warm, energetic welcome
Set up and decorate party rooms with supplies, food, drinks, and party favors
Guide guests through check-in, safety briefings, and activity instructions
Lead the group through park activities (trampolines, ropes courses, slides, etc.) while keeping energy high and everyone engaged
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery of food and drinks
Supervise and interact with children during activities, ensuring safety and fun
Organize and lead birthday celebrations (cake time, singing, present opening, etc.)
Communicate with parents and guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Handle party transitions smoothly and keep the schedule on track
Clean and reset party rooms for the next group
Upsell party add-ons and promote future events when appropriate
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old
No experience required—training provided!
Energetic, outgoing, and positive personality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage groups in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Comfortable working with children and families
Willingness to enforce safety rules and handle minor conflicts with professionalism
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
