Teams In Amsterdam kun je als Student-stagiair(e) kennismaken met de volgende secties: Banking & Finance Corporate M&A Dispute Resolution & Litigation Employment Energy Financial Services Global Cybersecurity & Privacy Notarial Services Projects (Infrastructure) Regulatory, Compliance & Investigations Tax De focus van onze dienstverlening ligt op de door ons wereldwijd beoefende kerngebieden: energie, financiële instellingen, infrastructuur, transport en technologie. Het internationale netwerk biedt zowel aan onze cliënten als aan onze medewerkers een platform voor kennis en opleiding. Bij NRF kijk je over de grenzen heen. Werkzaamheden Als Student-stagiair(e) draai je twee maanden lang voltijd van A tot Z mee in het dagelijks kantoorleven (eventueel 4 dagen in overleg). Je werkt mee aan grensoverschrijdende transacties en draagt zo bij aan toonaangevende juridische adviezen. Tijdens een student-stage doe je ervaring op bij verschillende secties zodat je een goed beeld kan vormen wat bij jou past. Bij ons wordt er nauw samengewerkt met (internationale) collega’s. Daarnaast ben je uitgenodigd om zowel werk gerelateerde activiteiten zoals trainingen en jurisprudentielunches bij te wonen, maar ook sociale activiteiten zoals kantoorborrels, feesten of sportactiviteiten. Profiel Je zit in de laatste fase van je Bachelor of Master van je studie Nederlands-, Notarieel- of Belastingrecht: Je hebt belangstelling voor de commerciële praktijk; Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal (in woord en geschrift); Je bent ondernemend, hebt ambitie en bezit een behoorlijke dosis creativiteit, humor en vasthoudendheid.
