This is a great opportunity for an experienced Help Desk professional with strong customer service skills and a passion for solving problems. You get to be a “jack of all trades” and will be given the opportunity to grow into different areas, if desired. You’ll be part of a dynamic IT team, a community guided by simplicity, security, continuity, transparency, and flexibility which strives to deliver business value through collaboration, ideation, innovation and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Provide hands-on desktop support, including A/V equipment, printers, mobile devices, and remote access. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain and enhance office technologies for reliability, security, and scalability. Drive service improvements and contribute to IT Help Desk excellence. Qualifications What You Bring and Is Required Bachelors in Computer Science/IT or 5 years of technical experience supporting a Microsoft environment. 3 years’ experience in Help Desk support with strong customer service skills. Experience with Microsoft environments, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Windows imaging, PowerShell scripting, MDM platforms, and print server management. Essential Physical Requirements The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work. Ready to make an impact?
