Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
- No Weekends
- Flex-schedule
- In office presence, NO remote work
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Collection on delinquent medical accounts through a manual system
- Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team setting
- Capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and respectful communication with consumers, clients, management and peers
- Comprehension and appropriate execution of laws and regulations pertaining to the industry
- Above all, maintain 100% client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical office settings with a strong understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle management practices
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for electronic health record management related to billing processes
- Ability to navigate billing software efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, providers, and insurance representatives

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
