Job Summary:
As a Harvest Associate, you will play a key role in the careful harvesting and trimming of cannabis plants in alignment with company SOPs and quality standards. In this hands-on, team-oriented role, you’ll work across multiple facilities to support each stage of the harvest process—from chopping and defoliating to trimming and organizing product—while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for harvesting plants through use of hands and machines on assigned harvest days at multiple facilities.

Harvesting responsibilities include chopping down plants, removing fan leaves and stalks, weighing plants and waste, transporting plants through facilities, organizing plants and labels, and maintaining machines with hand tools and solvents.

Adjusts techniques to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana being manicured to balance speed and quality.

Maintains established rate of manicured flower per hour while maintaining quality standards

Clean and sanitize workspace and equipment

Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
-
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
-
Must hold a valid, or receive, a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) employee badge
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Previous cannabis experience
Physical Requirements:
-
Standing for extended periods of time.
-
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs.

Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes or items.

Ability to work in the same area as cannabis and have direct contact with cannabis material

Ability to complete repetitive tasks for the majority of your workday

Ability to safely use and store chemicals including pesticides, fungicides, cleaning agents, and nutrient concentrates following manufacturer’s recommendations and/or SOP’s
Other Requirements:

In person at the production location based on schedule.
