The Flower Inventory Associate is responsible for managing and tracking bulk flower inventory and preparing bulk flower/wholesale orders to be delivered to internal and wholesale customers.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviews and processes bulk flower wholesale orders and creates order manifests within the supporting software platforms

Creates and prints invoices for external bulk flower sales

Processes and creates manifests for internal MIP orders

Communicates with the sales team to provide information on product specifications and customer requirements

Prepares and packages orders and coordinates with the transportation team for delivery as well as with third party transportation companies for pick ups

Inspects all products for quality and compliant labeling/packaging prior to shipment

Processes intake of all flower transfers from Flower Processing team to the on hand inventory locations including auditing, inspecting deliveries, transferring within the ERP system and physical put away

Updates Leaf Link and proper sheets with current inventory

Assists with audits for all products in inventory

Leads intake of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management

Receives, labels, and organizes all products into inventory.

Follows all department trainings and PPE requirements

Maintains work spaces to be clean and organized

Occasionally assists with non medicated inventory duties.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
-
Must hold or obtain a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge
-
At least 1 year of experience working in Metrc

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding the storage and distribution of cannabis products
-
Experience with materials handling, inventory control, shipping, and/or receiving
-
Experience with ERP systems
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-
Standing for extended periods of time.
-
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs.
-
Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes or items.

Ability to work in the same area as cannabis and have direct contact with cannabis material
-
Ability to complete repetitive tasks for the majority of your workday

Ability to safely use and store chemicals including pesticides, fungicides, cleaning agents, and nutrient concentrates following manufacturer’s recommendations and/or SOP’s

In person at the production location based on schedule.
