About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Staff Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Waldorf, MD. We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Our therapists treat a diverse patient population, including:
- General orthopedic conditions
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Sports injuries
- Neurological conditions
- Limited pediatric cases
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and evidence-based treatments.
- Develop and modify individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings.
- Treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, prognosis, treatment plans, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company, state, and federal requirements.

- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients while maintaining a patient-first approach.
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current, unrestricted Maryland Physical Therapy license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
