Job Title: Hardware Engineer

Job Summary
Seeking a Hardware Engineer with 3 years of experience in electronic circuit design, integration, and testing. The role involves supporting the design, development, and validation of electronic systems in an aerospace/defense environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of analog and digital electronic systems
- Support system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and test reports
- Work with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMMs, and signal generators
- Support automation of test procedures and development of test fixtures
- Participate in lab and field testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support technical problem-solving
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in electronic systems design, integration, and testing
- Knowledge of analog/digital circuit design and DSP
- Experience with lab test equipment
- Familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, OrCAD, or VHDL
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace or defense industry
- Knowledge of RF systems or motor drives and controls
- PCB layout experience
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards
