Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Position Summary:
Responsible for administering moderately complex contracts, ensuring compliance, supporting proposals, negotiating terms, and monitoring contract performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts, including pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and compliance
- Prepare and submit proposals and respond to RFPs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for bid and contract requirements
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions
- Resolve contract issues, claims, and customer inquiries
- Monitor financial performance and delivery; recommend amendments if needed
- Act as a customer point of contact and support presentations
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and export requirements
- Apply lean principles to improve processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 years of contract administration experience
- Strong knowledge of contract principles, regulations, and policies
- Experience with proposals, negotiations, and contract compliance
- Proficient in business software and systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
